Description

Located in the heart of Rueda, an old and impressive wooden door welcomes you in, leading you to one of the most gorgeous spots in the cellar, a Castilian patio dotted with wooden beams, old-fashioned wagons and period farm implements.

Stone and brick, the Mudejar heritage’s typical elements, make up a labyrinth of 25 metres in depth and over 3 km in area. Those who walk around these very-old galleries from the 15th and 16th century can enjoy an inviting atmosphere infused with wrought-iron gates and bottle racks. This setting is enhanced by the presence of old Spanish chestnut barrels –the genuine relics of a wine and vine growing past- and a large museum with glass pieces and corkscrews of all ages.
